I found this decode and thought I would share it. If Covfefe is a reference to Covid -- then it happened early in Trump's administration, meaning he knew about the threat early on.
COVID-19 is known as SARS-COV-2. COV is the first part of Covfefe. We also have Fe repeated twice (as in COV-2). Fe is the chemical symbol for Iron.
It turns out that Iron uptake is a problem for people infected with COVID. In fact, an effective treatment for COVID is to use chelators to remove iron from the body. Read about it here:

Conversely, antiparasitics like Ivermectin can treat COVID -- But can also be effective against cancer. But Iron is an important co-factor.
Artemisinin shared the Nobel prize in 2015 with Ivermectin because both have impressive anti-parasitic properties. Specifically, Ivermectin cures "river blindness" while Artemisinin cures malaria. What is less known however is that Artemisinin also cures cancer -- but only when paired with Iron. Iron enters the cancer cell and Artemisinin attaches to the iron and kills the cancer.

Now this makes me wonder if Ivermectin paired with iron could do the same. And we also know that HCQ is used for malaria. So can pairing HCQ with iron also kill cancer?
