BHO made sure the Presidential Transitions Act (PTA)was changed before he left office. He would have spied on Hillbag to keep her in line. In fact he was responsible for her getting the DNC nomination instead of Bernie. Changes to the PTA allowed the General Services Administration to “handle” things for BHO. Hillary probably still thinks she was directing the spying but she is a pawn, a guilty pawn.
