This asshat targeted the elderly in Iowa, sending out millions of notices to people saying they had won a valuable grandfather clock in a contest they never entered. The only catch is they needed to send in $69 for shipping. What arrived back was a flimsy, tiny replica that was essentially worthless.

Joffe had a GSA contract to mon itor internet traffic for the government. The question becomes how did this guy get a clearance from the US govt given his background?
