Since the Federal Emergencies Act was illegally called by Trudeau and didn't go through the proper procedures, it doesn't empower the police to enforce it.
If the police actually had any power to enforce it, they wouldn't be handing notices but would be making arrests.
This is just another intimidation tactic.
It's funny to see how powerless they are when the people recognize the power they wield. They are afraid, they are making mistakes.

It looks like Trudeau has been causing mischief with his COVID mandates for the past two years now. He should have been arrested for it long ago.
