I am thinking this is calling out his " Army" i uh mean Pantifa and add to it major chem trails in certain areas.
I watched throughout 2019 they sprayed on tue/wed/ Antifa attacked that weekend... the weeks they didn't spray there were no attacks.. I posted about this on VOAT. ( back then)
I am not saying for sure. but this is a possibility
