this makes sense if you look at it from the view of trying to keep the cat in the bag. if the unvaxxed are not allowed in the hospital then health care professionals will attribute only having vaxxed patients to that, there will be no "there are way more vaxxed here than unvaxxed" because the unvaxxed simply cant be there
