I found this article when trying to find any sort of confirmation:
https://waynedupree.com/2022/02/trump-first-social-media-post/
At the beginning, it says:
Truth Social is still in Beta testing mode, and the app won’t be available until February 21st, but President Trump can post on the platform, and he’s already published his first message.
At the end, it contradicts itself and says:
You can pre-download the Truth app now.
It provides no links or information on how to get the app.
It offers the exact same image that the OP posted, which one other person has also posted on Twitter (linked from the same article):

Liz Willis claims that Truth Social beta has already dropped.
If she can access the site, then why the same single image? Who are the 175 followers that the image claims Trump already has? Why can't I find the app? Why can't I see anything at the Truth Social site?
Liz Willis claims to be a farmer in her Twitter header, but looks more like a city dweller. She has a large number of Twitter followers, so that makes me wonder why she hasn't been banned for posting this when this person has:

Something doesn't smell right around here.......
A lot of software applications have invite only beta testing. I’m not sure if it’s even gonna launch on the 21st. My DWAC stock dropped last week when Devin Nunes said he’s confident in a full rollout by the end of Q1, which is end of march.
