Fun Fact: His attorney Shawn Berkowitz was the lead DOJ prosecutor for the Enron trial. He should know a thing or two about prosecutorial misconduct. Their "conviction" of Arthur Andersen was over turned by the Supreme Court. They also unfairly prosecuted Merrill Lynch execs in the case.

Oh and didn't these same attorneys disclose Durham's super secret DC team location (address) in a recent filing? Yeah they did. I think Durham is gonna show them who really is boss.
