WHAT IS THE EMERGENCIES ACT? The Act allows for actions to combat urgent and critical situations that seriously threaten some aspect of Canadians’ lives, and that cannot be effectively dealt with under any other law of Canada.

An official sit-down with government leaders, the truckers, and other relevant experts (with peer-reviewed documents) to discuss the merits of the mandates would be an effective measure before inciting the Emergencies Act.

But the government doesn't want that because they know they're wrong.

You cannot force an entire industry filled with self-employed workers and all their allies to comply by threatening them. They could plug the roads all the time just by having trucks drive super slow on all the freeways. Everywhere. Nothing moves unless the truckers agree to move it.

Absolutely! They're organized and close-knit. They're needed more than any other worker here in Canada besides the farmers, who are their allies. The people won't suffer with no food on their plates but big business will if they can't get their 'made-in-China' products on our shelves, and that will hurt the government because of the globalist deals they made that put so many Canadians out of work over the years, letting immigrants take over most trades and services here.

Trudope, once again shows he has limited thinking skills and no negotiating skill.

He's an insult to Canadians. Those truckers (and our farmers) are more Canadian than he could ever be, and far smarter and tougher.
