From my notes: 1907 – Dr. John Harvey Kellogg travels to St. Petersburg, Russia to observe the experiments of the Russian psychologist, Ivan Petrovich Pavlov. 1911 – Seventh-day Adventist minister, psychiatrist, and debunker of spiritualism, Dr. William S. Sadler, begins observing a certain unnamed person (identified many years later as Wilfred Custer Kellogg, an adopted member of the Kellogg dynasty) who can go into a deep trance that he can’t be awakened from, and is completely unaware of what takes place while he channels allegedly extra-planetary entities. Wilfred and Dr. Sadler will have many conversations covering a myriad of topics which will include science, philosophy and religion. Sadler will attempt to explore the depth and scope of this phenomenon and soon enlists the assistance of other intellectuals, fluent in various disciplines and sciences, to query Wilfred during these spells. Eventually there will be many dozens of observers who are studying Wilfred. They will question him about such matters as physics, history, biology and astronomy, and will verify that his knowledge of these topics is complete and even futuristic. ‘Christy’ (Emma Christensen), Dr. Sadler's adopted daughter and stenographer, is asked to transcribe the various inquisitions. Soon after, Wilfred announces during a spell that he has something urgent to say and that it is to be transcribed for humanity. Subsequently Christy begins transcribing each session in which a different entity speaks through Wilfred on a variety of organized topics. These transcripts will become the Urantia Papers – Urantia being the name of planet Earth in the Universal language. Sadler will continue these observations for over a decade, coming to the conclusion that they are authentic. Sadler is married to Leona Kellogg, and got his start in life working for her brother, Dr. John Harvey Kellogg. The Kellogg family has close connections to the Order of Skull and Bones. Sadler also held an executive position in the governmental intelligence organization that later became the FBI. 1955 (October 12) – The Urantia Book is published. The channeller of this material and the means of transmission are held under an oath of secrecy. It will eventually be revealed as late as 1991 that the channeller was Wilfred Custer Kellogg, who is a member of the Kellogg dynasty and also happens to be Dr. William Sadler's brother-in-law. Sadler had been personally involved in overseeing the channellings. * * * The elitist John Harvey Kellogg was involved in early mind-control experiments that was later used in developing the New Age movement in the 1960s. He was also involved in early eugenics programs.
