Patriot, they should be released. If LE welcomes you in how is it trespassing to begin with especially giving some people tours. When told to leave and then they do not leave that is different. Pretty clear they were lured in to make these BS charges. Everyone knows this is entrapment and Illegal .

Thomas was the only dissenter (his view is that the SCOTUS does not have proper jurisdiction because the 6th amendment issue was not raised in the New York Court of Appeals).
