Of course we want Trump back. During his term America enjoyed a prosperity that was unprecedented, as in, never happened before. Highest rates of employment, including blacks. Full energy independence. Rebuilding the military. Gaining control over the southern border. Calling the corporate media "fake news" to its face -- what's not to like about that? Even though Trump was blocked and hindered and mocked and reviled and slandered every day of his presidency by the Democrats, the media, the Deep State, the RINOs, he still managed to bring a prosperity to American that it had never seen before. Who else is going to do that? Nobody. There is nobody else who would run for the presidency capable of doing that.
Being better than Biden is a very low bar.
If we’re going to count everything that happened while he was in office, then you forgot unprecedented attacks on our freedoms through lockdowns, travel restrictions, masks, quarantine procedures, no punishment at all of BLM riots, no punishment of deep state actors, unfulfilled promises of a wall and a trail of excuses his supporters used to excuse him from all of this (I bLaMe GoVerNoRs!!!) that they would never have used to excuse any other president .
Oh, and stolen elections in 2018 and 2020 that he knew were coming and didn’t stop. Oh, and a border that was STILL incredibly porous. More illegals during his four years than under almost all of the previous 4 administrations.
But at least Hillary is in prison.
