WOW such insight.. When equipment is out of fuel how do you move it? and is a LOADED dump truck harder to tow or easier to tow than an EMPTY one? Besides you can dump all that if needed to block stuff from getting towed... of course you realized all of this but disregarded it because...... "They move themselves. "

I dont know, maybe put more fuel in it? Equipment like this is also designed to be hoisted by cranes. They could just bring in big mobile cranes and load these up on trailers, around any dirt piles. Its not as easy to do that to semis. Im not sure why they would do that, or tow them, when they can just drive them.
