It did not land in Florida!
Time: 21:23:27 Z - Drops below the radar on what looks like a decent to Key West, either the international airport or the Navy airstrip... they are very close.
Time: 22:49:01 Z - Plane comes back UP into radar heading NORTH! If that plane was on the ground it was for no more than 10min MAX! I don't think it ever landed!
edit - I'm being generous when I say 'drops below radar' ... we loose it . Unless the radar coverage is really crappy down there or they turned off the transponder again.

I'm trying to figure out if it landed or not by tracking it's fuel consumption.
- By my calculations the first leg Ottawa>Key West was a 1,580mi flight.
- The Bombardier Challenger CL-600 has a range of 2,800mi
- If they did NOT land in Key West they can only go 1,220mi more
