Whatever. Whats the teeth in the bill? Penalties for violating it? Who enforces it? If they can't answer it I'm going to assume its a bill to induce complacency. I'm going to assume it's just disguised treason. Because inaction disguised as action is malpractice of political representation. It's the act of *denying* political representation to a class of people. And until that time I will continue to voice my opinion that they deserve to be hung by the neck till dead. Down to the very last official.
