Yep, they have a partnership with Truth Social. ;)

That's right nice partnership and Truth Social (DWAC) is having a good day too. It's been up over +10% most of the day.

I would guess Rogan is bound by his Spotify contract. However, if Spotify were to throw him off their site, he might (or might not) be free to take another contract. Sometimes these media contracts have a clause which prevents the talent from working, even if they have been laid off or fired or put on hiatus. This happened to Opie & Anthony, of shock-jock morning radio fame. Anthony has talked about it. They were forced off the air for a year, but they were prevented by their contract from working for anybody else.

Rogan is smarter than that....he wouldn't allow that clause in his contract. If Spotify breaks their agreement, it's over. Rogan can go wherever he wants.

Rogan's Spotify contract is $100 million for 10 years. He's been with them for less than 2 years. If they dump him then they have to pay out $80 million plus other legal fees. Rogan will take that money and start his own site like Tim Pool & Alex Jones did.
