Yovanovitch was the ambassador accused of giving former Ukrainian prosecutor, Lutsenko, a "do not prosecute" list. I believe Lutsenko and I believe that the image below is the actual list. Why? Because the top three people on this list are Omidyar puppets - two of whom were rewarded with seats in Ukraine's Rada (parliament/Congress) for their assistance in ousting Yanukovych. The list is hard to find now, but here it is:
