Biden is just a puppet. But the Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi, who owns Zelinsky, was the owner of the Privat bank where all the billions of "help" from USAID and IMF went into - before they vanished. Kolomoyskyi still has the paper trail of the kickbacks, so he owns half of State Department and Congress.
Exactly, Patriot. They have the leverage on one another. problem is for the leverage to work one has to go to the WH's with it. The BH's would simply punch that DS BS Puppets ticket. Weiner referred to it as insurance files.
