Lindsey Graham is the Republican ranking member of the Judicial comittee, he will vote with the Democrats. He is one of only 3 Republicans to vote for Biden's nigress pick for the DC court, federal appellate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson who will probably be his choice for Supreme Court Justice.
