Twitter just started implementing a new censorship scheme, or at least it's the first time I've come across it. I don't sign in to Twitter to view tweets, and I have always been able to scroll down to view the comments. On both of these tweets, it blocked me from seeing more than the first few comments, and asked me to sign in or register.
