FF shootings usually use patsies as shooters who they've been grooming for it, and sometimes they use V2K on those patsies to drive them into performing the act. I have a long list of such cases. V2K is a fairly old technology, and these shooters who claim to hear voices started coming about soon after the tech was being developed. The voices can also be induced through post-hypnotic suggestion, or they can be caused by creating multiple personalities in the shooter, using a created personality to dominate the normal one and give instructions to him/her. This all came out of the MKULTRA programs. There's nothing new about it.
