Very simply every School System has a Superintendant that is a Public Offical. They oversee the schools operations in their district. They make and enforce the rules. Each one needs to be Bonded, in some cases for several million dollars in personal liability.

The quickest way is to serve the Superintendant a letter of intent, which means you plan to bring suite against them if they do not reverse vax mandates in question. Usually you will be ignored or avoided. So you file the Suite or claim. Here ALL Federal and State funding to the school STOPS until the claim can be heard.

Now you have 5 hours of professional Congressional Testimony From Ron Johnson that beyond a shadow of doubt refutes the Vaccine and all Covid.

To hell with the crooked court systems. You may die before you get justice. What the governors need to do in these Commuinist run schools system is put the bastards out of busines. The way to do it is with ESAs - Educational Savings Accounts. Return the power of educating back to the parents and private educators, not the Communist indoctrinating hellholes we call public education. Give the huge sums of taxpayer dollars being wasted in the public school systems back to the taxpayer as credits to parents who can use the money much more efficiently to find good private and religious based education for their children.
