The pregnancy factoid in the png is misleading. The 270 number is the number of adverse effect reports that happened to be pregnant. That isn't the total number of pregnant women who took the vaccine during the trial period. And given the total number or reported cases that 270 number is actually below the number of pregnant cases you would expect to be in a random sample of the population. And of the 270 cases, over half of them were reporting adverse effects that had nothing to do with the pregnancy itself (like headaches and vaccination site pain).
Also note, before the vaccine the average rate of spontaneous abortion in the US was estimated to be between 10-15%. So 23 of 270 is actually below the expected norm.
