What was his name?

It's important to publicly identify the scum out there. It helps in stopping them from engaging in their crimes. It puts eyes on them that they don't want.

That was like 7 or 8 years ago at least, although I did come across some paperwork from the summons when cleaning things out a couple of months ago. I would have to find it again or search the newspaper archive to find it.
