They aren't being "honest" with these outcries - They're trying to keep public focus on the machines so the public will believe if the machines are replaced, the fraud is fixed. WRONG.

Yes - and this is also why, although the "experts" have brought public awareness, it hasn't resulted in measurable change of the system itself.
