If you feel you have a decent mastery of the English language, especially the use of commas, I would encourage you to go actually read Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5.
The reason there can be an eligible person for president is the reason any citizen can be eligible to be president.
I've read this many times over the last 30+ years... It say you need to be a Naturalized Citizen Or A Citizen at the time of the adoption of the document, which is the Constitution. So the question remains, what constitutes a Naturalized Citizen? Cause she obviously wasn't a citizen Before the Constitution was put in place.
You obviously either haven't read the actual document or you don't have a mastery of the English language pertaining to the use of commas. Read it again, and get back to me.
No. The question is NOT "what is a natural born citizen?" The question is "According to Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 who was the last eligible president, and why have we allowed the others after that President?"
Don't just say you've read it. FUCKING GO READ IT!
Only a boy, or a girl, between noon and 2pm, may enter the store.
Who can enter the store and when? English. Do you speak it?
