"Kansas" can also be "Kansas Interstate Crosscheck" a voter registration management system developed under Kansas SOS, Kobach, who Trump appointed to his election integrity commission. It is an alternative to ERIC. It's very possible (and I'd argue probable) that Trump team used Kansas Interstate Crosscheck to ascertain the accurate numbers of registered voters for the 2020 election.
