I was told it was “the people” protesting when I questioned England and the Czech Republic making an announcement on the same day.

Agreed. The communist leader of Bolivia said that their vax goal was reached at 75% of the population. I found that interesting because I've heard that number last year set as a goal in the US. Have they reached their goal?

No, I think it’s 60ish for double and a little higher for single. But the definition has changed to “all current”.
