looking quickly at both days i found the following:

I noticed this one, 1503 Casa de Contratación (House of Trade) established by the Crown of Castile in the port of Seville to deal with American affairs (Jan 20th is also Jeffery Epstiens Birthday)

Jan 29th > https://www.onthisday.com/events/january/29 I noticed these : 904 Sergius III comes out of retirement to take over the papacy from the deposed antipope Christopher 1258 Mongols defeated by Dai Viet at the battle of Dong Bo Dau 1574 Sea battle of Reimerswaal - Admiral Boisot beats Spanish fleet

and yes they do tie together

Patriot, add to it on Jan 20 people can request records from Hussein's outhouse Library. As they are not released until a President has been out of office for five years.
