Yes - but, for some reason, Watnick used the Jan 4 2020 congressional notification re: Suleimani to bring attention to this new release =- There's no way that it's an accident that drone footage article came out the same day he posted about it.

I still can't find the declass of the Suleimani killing. Have you come across it?
