We have seen a lot of Submarine and Underwater activities in the past with Q.. I know this was man made explosion.. I'm thinking it is from a sub... or a underwater sub base

Dude you’re fucking retarded. Mt St Helens exploded with less than a quarter of the force of this volcano. The volcanoes in the PNW are relatively weak; the pacific rim is filled with massive volcanoes. It’s literally called the ring of fire.

You’re still abhorrently wrong about everything else. The Far East volcanoes are significantly more powerful than the ones on the American tectonic plate.

Why do you think water pressure would suppress a volcano but not a bomb? The water pressure at that location is the same either way
