We have seen a lot of Submarine and Underwater activities in the past with Q.. I know this was man made explosion.. I'm thinking it is from a sub... or a underwater sub base

I think there'll be a large charity push like after Haiti. How much of that $$$ will get siphoned off for the you-know-whos to use for nefarious activities? Just like Haiti.
