I was recently alerted to the fact that the Cyberninja's were disbanding by a liberal associate at work. All he knew was that the Arizona Senate was demanding documents regarding the forensic audit from the Cyberninja's and the Cyberninja's would not cooperate.

Now, I am aware that Cyberninja's has asked the Arizonal Board of Supervisors for many things, much of which was deleted or withheld without reasonable explanation. So it does not surprise me that the Cyberninja's would rather fold than cooperate and submit to a hostile fishing expedition. I'd give my left nut and two shit's and a fuck if someone could explain to me what the hell is going on with this. All I can find is hit piece after hit piece and nothing actually informative about the situation. I had high hopes for the Arizona Forensic Audit, but it sort of looks like it has crashed and burned at this point. Change my mind.

Auditors are seeing protestors sitting in solitary for over a year. With a hostile DOJ, FBI, CIA after you, you would take cover as well. The DS wants the fraud covered up and Cyberninjas were exposing the truth.

A state superior court judge assessed a $50,000 per day fine on Cyberninjas for failing to comply in turning over material to the Arizona Republic / AZ Central newspaper / website. The courts would not help the state senate, but are going out of their way to destroy anyone associated with the audit.

Thank you for that clarity. It is as simple as that. The courts denied the Senate's ability to conduct the audit by not forcing the hand of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to deliver materials, but it comes down heavy handed on Cyberninja's in affording the hostile press any opportunity to acquire materials that might be used against them. Just like when the Dems are trying to get Donald Trumps tax returns so they can find a "Crime" in them.
