Cool - I found that same one since the first one was out-of-stock. The tennis ball idea is great too - thanks so much for your help on this! I shopped online for quite a while last night on Amazon and none of them I looked at were returnable if I didn't like them or they weren't comfortable. All the durable medical equipment stores take forever and aren't returnable either. But some of these at Walmart actually ARE returnable - ding ding we have a winner! =-)
