Of course, when OSHA mandated the jab, if you were injured by a mandated jab, you couldn't sue. Now, if your company imposes a mandate and it gets you hurt, they'll pay through the nose for their decision.
And, let's not forget how many low waged, low skilled workers will be filing nuisance and frivolous claims saying they feel bad after the jab, true or not. It will bury that employer in legal defense.
