Some time ago I seen a PSA that used this as a scare tactic to get young men to vax. I suspect that is where it came from. I've never seen an actual study. Who would conduct such a study anyways, lol

Around 2011-12 I saw a commercial on cable TV of a Chinese professor giving a lecture to Chinese college students about how America and its culture will collapse within 10 years and how China will be the dominant country with its culture and ideals. The professor was speaking Chinese (Mandarin?) with English subtitles.

It wasn't a real lecture like a Ted Talk, but a staged scenario of what "could" happen if China became the world's superpower and how they would shame Western culture and Capitalism and teach their students the dangers of both.

It was an eye-opening commercial and I wish I could find it online somewhere.

Since an erect penis is all about blood circulation - and that circulation gets impaired secondary to covid, the erect penis could appear smaller.
