'leave it to the court' means she is flipping, and wants them outed, as she can't do it herself publicly. I am reading between the lines here and putting myself in her mindset. This is going to bring down a lot of people.
I'm not giving her credit for doing anything - When it comes down to it, it's up to the court, not Maxwell, if those names are released.
Plus, if I understand correctly, it's "only" the eight John Does that have already been mentioned in court, and the John Does already know they're John Does and most of them have asked to keep the records sealed for their own privacy - boo hoo.

Don't like being harsh about someone, but Maxwell is a low-down-dirty CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER AND TRAFFICKER who doesn't give a damn about any of the child victims. She deserves whatever comes to her in prison.
