Dr. Fauci declared in a 1/4/22 lecture entitled "Demystifying Medicine" that they changed the terminology from "fully vaccinated" to "up to date" re: people's COVID vax status. *This obviously opens the door to demanding the latest round of bioweapon shots into perpetuity, as nobody is ever even deemed as BEING 'fully vaccinated' anymore.* Fauci is already talking about a possible FOURTH jab being on the horizon in this video too.
