It is a national embarrassment that someone on our country's highest court can make a statement like that.

Yet there they are being listened to. And basking in all their ignorant glory waiting to puke more idiocy.

The short answer to OP's question is no. No she has not. And why would she? That's not what she was appointed for.

Next thing, you'll be expecting the "Houseplant of The United States" to know where he is, what day it is, or have the capacity to construct (or at be able to read) a coherent sentence.

Sure is.

Why would a supreme court justice have to read the constitution?

[–] 6 pts

Besides being a feckless cunt kike positioned by the JIDF through blackmail, what exactly were "her" qualifications to be the Supreme Court and why hasn't she resigned after it was revealed that she's never read and certainly has no understanding of the constitution?

Can someone familiar with her appointment tell us the answer to this question? I was too busy with work and college when that all went down so I know little about her appointment.

Patriot, with her lips locked on Globalist Butt, there is little she can see from that position.

You want me to answer that?

Let us read your mind......;-)

If kumala was that niggers side whore prostitute 25 years ago when she go to law school?

Maybe. But have the meme factories ever read the full transcript?

In context: "JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR: So, if it's within the police power to protect the health and welfare of workers, you seem to be saying the states can do it, but you're saying the federal government can't even though it's facing the same crisis in interstate commerce that states are facing within their own borders. I -- I'm not sure I understand the distinction why the states would have the power but the federal government wouldn't." (p. 55, https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/argument_transcripts/2021/21a244_kifl.pdf)

Thank you for supplying additional context, but, if anything, her interstate commerce argument is a slippery slope to infringing on states rights.

No she has not. The constitution has not been required reading in law school for 50 years.

[–] 1 pt

Not even in a Constitutional law course? But then I guess that would be considered an option not a requirement.

[–] 1 pt

No not even a constitution study class. Most the info and teachings are now negative the liberties are and how repressive the document is to everyone because it doesn't allow the government to fuck is in the ass everyday. I have a few that are lawyers and they said they spent less time learning about the constitution than how to chase clients. It's a sad state of affairs really.

It's a sad state of affairs really.

Absolutely - our entire legal system needs an overhaul - Laws for the people should be understood by the people without the need for a translator attorney.

Ladies and gentlemen. I give you an unelected lawyer

[–] 2 pts

Which one? If you are referring to the US one, no.

[–] 0 pt

That's a good point - I was referring to the US Constitution
