Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. They control the money for hospitals and other medical facilities ie nursing homes mental health facilities.

Np. The place I work at still has roughly 300 people that are not vaccinated which is a mental health facility. The vast majority of them will not get the Vax. Which is more than enough to shut down the facility.
