It's -49f here right now, just my two cents.
Okay, I will shut up :-) I've never experienced temperatures that cold - hard to imagine.
It's fine so long as you dress appropriately, bare skin will be frostbitten in minutes however.
I saw a documentary about a town in Russia - like the coldest place ever - and those people were BUNDLED. IIRC there was something about it being so cold that they had to keep their cars running or they couldn't get them started again.
Were you born and raised in your current environment?
