This is still the real issue here. The FDA by its very nature is a public information agency for dissemination to the public the safety of food and drugs. Their only reason for withholding information would be to hide the dangers of a product. This public trust violation negates all value in the organization and it must be abolished. The FDA was founded to stop snake oil salesman from hurting people. Now they are the snake oil salesman who must be stopped.
