The moment he made that claim he should've been arrested, if that's your go-to excuse, you definitely need to be investigated. Saying you can't sweat is something a little kid would say when he got caught doing something. It's transparent.
The fucked up thing no articles seem to point out is that the "can't sweat" defense is a defense against what amounts to a figure of speech uttered by the accuser. It's like saying "We just shot the shit.." and the defense saying "that's not true, our client is unable to shoot..."
