This was a while back. If memory serves, this was when he was first arrested back in 2006 and struck a plea deal with immunity. Not sure, but I think the FBI raided his place and did not have the appropriate search warrants for these, so they tagged them and gave them back. Then they left to go get a good search warrant, but unclear what happened after that. My memory is cloudy.
