If they wanted to cover things up, there wouldn't be any indictments under file.

The fact that there are so many indictments under seal means that Durham has been extremely busy.

You seem to forget that thousands of these 'indictments' were already under seal long before Durham even began/ took over investigating .... And all this means is they have been busy placing them under seal and out of 'prosecutorial reach' since forever. Lose faith in what ??. Govt corruption / malfeasance / and a systemic 'long walk through the institutions' ...

Again not true. When do you think Durham actually started investigating? And Huber? When did these sealed indictments start to pile up? How many do you think there are at this point? Why would anyone create so many sealed indictments over this time that are on record if they were trying to hide things?

You obviously don't understand how the system works. You're either making shit up or getting wrong info.

An indictment is a grand jury decision, not just a charge by a state or federal prosecutor. So as far as 'prosecutorial reach' is concerned, it's not even an issue here.

I'm not going to explain this over again, especially with some anon I don't recognize who just popped up out of nowhere to lay down some bullshit. Do your own homework instead of guessing or listening to someone else who doesn't know shit.

You can check these facts out with some digging:

  • Durham started his investigations on the same day Q started posting: Oct. 28, 2017.

  • Huber started his investigations on Nov. 13, 2017.

Sealed indictments preclude it from being able to be lawfully/ legally used in any Judicial or prosecutorial setting unless it is unsealed at a later date. True or false. So While sealed - no-one (in any general sense ) can access the information or publish said information ? . Do you think Obama sealed all his College and Birth records bc he's gathering evidence against himself. Or was it to permanently prevent the records from being available . When the JFK records were sealed, was it bc they were going break it all wide open 65 yrs later ??. Or a way to prevent access to the information?.

Do you think all the thousands of records that are sealed each year (direct evidence of bad cops/ corrupt govt practice/ official malfeasance, sexual misconduct by those in authority etc) is bc it's waiting for just the right time to swing into action and bring justice or that it is what it is - sealing records therefore preventing any ability to bring them forth publicly or judicially.

You want to believe - good for you. But don't expect others to follow in your delusion.
