They say a lot of things that aren't remotely true. Higher precipitation means more cloud cover. More cloud cover means less sunlight hitting the earth. Less sunlight hitting the earth means cooling temps. See how earth keeps herself in balance? Man is nothing.

Water vapor actually contributes more to infrared heat retention than carbon dioxide. It also increases albedo and reflects light out when clouds are formed, as you said. All of this introduces a level of complexity in their models which, if it doesn't invalidate them outright, definitely casts a huge amount of doubt.
"Man is nothing" - oh yeah. Many potential completely natural phenomena have the potential to massively overshadow whatever changes this excess carbon dioxide could produce. We need to have the capability to endure these potential upcoming challenges. Instead we're crippling our own economy and industry over this one issue.
