Part of the plan of the globo-fascists is to restrict our movements. They don't want us jetting off to India or Japan or Iceland for our annual vacations. They want us to feel small, and think small thoughts, and live in a small apartment in a small area that we never leave. Why? Well, they are the minions of Satan, so maybe it's just their joy in doing evil. Or maybe they are so twisted up inside and perverted and damaged that they truly do believe that the entire human race needs to be exterminated, and this is their way of beginning the process.

And they wouldn't rely on the honor system for us to report how many miles we're traveling - .

Spot ON

they attach a device to your car.. (it is a GPS Tracker device that tracks miles driven between fill ups and downloads that info at the service station)

Yep. I wonder how many people with car loans realize they have tracker devices attached to their vehicle?

Do you all have 10 or more people in bicyclist herds all riding on the right lane in tight biker pants with the styrofoam helmets like they do in CA? This bill would encourage more of those.

they started using pay per mile in Oregon . it is an "opt in " system

https://www.bendbulletin.com/localstate/oregon-s-pay-per-mile-program-could-go-from-test-to-reality/article_49adfc1a-0826-5d7b-9543-36576ea7b604.html Note the date of this article

https://www.myorego.org

"OReGO participants pay 1.8 cents for each mile they drive and that money goes directly into the State Highway Fund. Starting in 2019, the Legislature authorized ODOT to allow unlimited OReGO participants, and there are more volunteer perks than ever. Drivers of fuel-powered vehicles can receive a credit for fuel tax and remote emissions testing, and drivers of electric vehicles are eligible for reduced registration fees. Interested? "

https://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/Programs/Pages/OReGO.aspx "Starting January 1, 2020, OReGO drivers of electric and high-mpg vehicles (40 mpg or better) can save money on registration while they are enrolled in Oregon's road usage charge program.

Typically, drivers pay two to four years’ worth of registration fees in advance when purchasing a car or renewing their registration. With electric and high-mpg vehicle fee increases occurring in 2020 and 2022 (see House Bill 2017, "Keep Oregon Moving"), the combined up-front registration fee could amount to hundreds of dollars.

But if they are enrolled in OReGO, electric and high-mpg vehicle owners do not have to pay the registration fee increases. Instead, they pay just the base registration ($43 per year) plus the road charge of 1.8 cents per mile. "

So, this is in ADDITION to the 36 cents a gallon gasoline tax, drivers pay. Is the road use tax ONLY on electric vehicles, or do gas vehicles pay twice?

It was designed so electric cars pay road taxes but others have been allowed to opt in.. the key words are Hyper Milage cars.. they want us to get these new cars so they can control us even more so... by limiting where we can drive them
