I thought the planet was supposed to be warming not getting more cold. If they BS'd us with the plandemic and made a fortune off of it might they be BS'ing us with Global Warming and making a fortune off of it? There sure are a lot of useless well paying jobs we are paying for.

RECORD COLD AND SNOW GRIP WESTERN U.S.

A severe Arctic outbreak descending deep into the CONUS has delivered record-breaking lows to the Pacific Northwest and unprecedented December snows to the mountains of California and Nevada — freezing air and binding snow continues to close highways, delay flights, and shut state offices across multiple states.

Emergency warming shelters were opened throughout Oregon and western Washington, among other places, as polar cold drove the mercury down into the teens–and beyond, with forecasters warning the blast could have more than week left to run.

The holiday snow blew into the Pacific Northwest from the Gulf of Alaska, dumping 6 inches (15.2cm) across the Seattle area.

More than a foot (30+cm) was reported near Port Angeles across the Puget Sound on the Olympic Peninsula.

Portland, Oregon, also received unusually large accumulations, forcing state officials to declare an emergency. In Multnomah County –home to Portland– six severe weather shelters are open with plans to open additional sites. Seattle city leaders also opened at least six severe weather shelters starting Saturday through at least Wednesday.

“They’re talking right now like it’s going to be, you know, four or five days before we get above freezing again,” said Keith Hughes, of West Seattle American Legion Hall Post 160, where a warming center was set up. “This is not a short event.”

Among the many low temperature records set over the past few days were NW Seattle’s 22F (-5.6C) on Dec 26, which broke the city’s previous record from way back in 1924, according to the National Weather Service, and nearby Bellingham’s 9F (-12.8C), which was a full three degrees colder than its previous record from 1971:

LOL, Unfortunately the ocean is the largest CO2 sink and the only way to get it to release it's stores of CO2 is to heat it up. Only God has the power to do that.

it's been raining here in socal for a week ! yay! noticeable lack of chem errr I mean contrai!s , you would think if contrails are actually from hot jet exhaust and moisture in the air, well when you have rain(100% humidity) there would be those pesky trails all over, right? Well I guess that science stuff don't work here./s

If it's been raining all week you can't see contrails because the cloud deck is blocking your view.

nah, I live in the flight path of 5 international airports , have lived here for 20 yrs. I can see the planes just likes always( they are in descending,/ approach mode) even when it's raining. what I am saying is 20 yrs of observation and there is zero connection between moisture (latent humidity) and chemtrails. period . when the planes stop leaving trails, it rains within a week. also military planes( 20-30 take offs and landings a day) Never leave trails, at all,never, even when commercial jets are in the same part of the sky.( if you were to take a photograph you could capture both aircraft in the same shot) I have puddles of aluminium oxide on the concrete after the first rains that run of the building, and yes I have tested it with the little bottle from home depot. the aluminium collects on the roof during the year and washes off during the first rain. No joke

You do know that conditions have to be "just right" for contrails to form? First off they form between 25000 ft and 50,000 ft which is where most aircraft fly. Second off, the temperature and the humidity have to be just right. One day a plane can fly and you won't see any contrail. Another day the same plane at the same altitude will create a contrail.

As far as the aluminum on your roof, who knows what's in all the pollution that companies emit. Spraying the sky with aluminum is costly and to what purpose? I spray it in LA County and the people in Palm Springs benefit from it. Next time Bakersfield benefits from it because of the wind.

If they could control the weather the San Joaquin Valley would have plenty of water to grow the nation's crops.

Spot on. Here's a scientific way t prove that: Take a warm can of soda pop and and a cold one. Open them. See which one releases more bubbles / CO2.

Not really true -- the two factors are interdependent and interlinked. The entire climate is regulated by living things, and at the same time regulates living things.

If you remember that everything the left does or says is ass backwards -- and I do mean EVERYTHING -- then you can understand the truth about carbon dioxide. Yes, we need more of it, not less. It is not warming the planet. There is no evidence of this at all -- which is too fucking bad, because the periods of greatest prosperity for the human race were periods when the planet was considerably warmer than it is today. It warms and cools naturally, without our help.

However, the planet is starved for CO2, from a geological perspective. In the past there was much more CO2 in the air than there is today. The more CO2 that factories and power plants in India and China pump out, the better for all life on Earth. This is, of course, the exact opposite of what the liberal left says ... but remember the rule I mentioned at the start of this post. EVERYTHING the left says is the opposite of the truth; everything the left does is exactly the worst possible thing to do. Why is this? Because the guiding spirit of the left is Satan.
