Slippery slope: OK Bill Would Pay Parents $10K Each Day Their Nominated Banned Books Remain in Libraries (please see text) (www.newsweek.com)

Am I correct in interpreting this as if ONE parent nominates a book for removal and the book isn't removed within 30 days, there will be a 10K fine? I don't support books with age-inappropriate sexual content in schools, but it seems that this could set a nasty precedent for other books that ONE parent wants removed from a school.

Opinions?

Well they continue to say these books do not exist and it's a conspiracy perhaps once they are pulled off the shelf and shown to the administration they definitely should remove it.
