They're not changing anything. This is the same pattern as with the original lockdowns 2 years ago. The feds push hard for clearly unconstitutional things and are met with various legal challenges, most of which are designed to be easily swatted away and further trampling rights in the process. But the real goal is for the feds and their alphabet agencies to eventually let up, give the appearance of preserving liberty, and defer to "state's rights" and eventually (((private corporations))).
But if you recall, originally ALL support for any COVID measures came from the Fed and states that went on to lock down ALL appealed to "CDC guidelines" and hid behind the Fed recommendations as if the decisions to start locking down was out of state/local hands.
Eventually the fed/CDC backed off their recommendations but the state-level actions, which only received enough initial momentum to get off the ground from the fed, stayed in place. The same cascade happened between state and county jurisdictions and (((private))) corporations. Meanwhile the kikes get to sarcastically voice their support for "state's rights" or "businesses can make whatever rules they want", as if they're now libertarian heavy hitters.
This is a repeat of the exact same charade. The fed pushes the shots, states and corporations hide behind that appeal to false authority to enforce the mandates, the fed and possibly some states back off, and (((corporations))) enforce it for all of them. All the while the fed gets to pretend to keep clean hands and our opponents will mock and fact-check us that the state did not in-fact "force" anything.
This is not a win. It's just another part of their pre-planned game. There is no win until the initial premise that COVID19 is both distinct from and more dangerous than the common cold/flu is challenged and publicly found to be false.
